All cancellations must be done before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Clients must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance before the beginning of the scheduled appointment. In the event that a 24 hour notice is not given, Iconic Glow reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the services booked.
A no show is considered when you do not show up for your appointment and we receive no communication within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment. If the scheduled customer does not show for their appointment, Iconic Glow reserves the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the services booked for the scheduled appointment. After 2 no shows the customer will no longer be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking. There will be no refunds.
